This page provides a complete list of client responsibilities when shooting with Bali Fixer in Indonesia.
• Notify us of any changes to the shooting schedule or plans as soon as possible
• Provide clear communication and briefing regarding needs and expectations
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Be punctual and respectful of the film fixer's time and efforts
• Notify the film fixer of any issues or concerns as soon as possible
🏡 Accommodation
It is the client's responsibility to provide Bali Fixers crew with a room in the same location the Client and foreign crew are staying in order to make sure our fixer can react fast in case of emergencies and changes.
🍜 Catering
It is the client's responsibility to provide Bali Fixers crew with 3 meals a day. Upon request, Bali Fixer will provide catering options for the full crew.
✈️ Logistics
It is the client's responsibility to provide Bali Fixers crew with flight tickets if the shooting happens to be outside of Bali. For crew safety we suggest: ✅ Garuda Indonesia ✅ Batik Air – 🚫 Lion Air 🚫 Wings Air
📜 Deadline
It is the client's responsibility to provide all needed documents for film visa/film permit applications before the deadline. Bali Fixer can't grand proceedings on time otherwise.
🦦 One rest day after six days of shoot
According to legal regulations, a rest day must be inserted after 6 full days of shooting. Exceptions must be approved in advance.
💰 Payments
A confirmation necessitates a 50% down payment. The final installment must be submitted on the concluding day of the shoot. All financial transactions processed via Bali Fixer, are subject to a production fee.
🌐 Sim Card Activation
Our team will be able to activate your crew sim cards upon arrival. Please talk to our team if you wish to do so.
