Frequently Asked Question
When renting gear from Balifixer, we need to take your (travel) passport + Kitas/NIK as a deposit during renting times. Please ensure all documents are available when picking up the equipment.
Pick up starting at 2pm, drop off until 11am.
If gear will be dropped off later without agreed before, Balifixer will charge an additional day fee.
All times can be discussed individually upfront.
We have crew ready to help out during your shot. Whether its on site support, or dropping off all gear directly at your shooting location. Please just hit us up for an individual inquiry.
